This policy explains what Coach Virtuoso collects, why, and what control you have. We've tried to keep it in plain English.
Account — your email address, and an encrypted password handled by our auth provider.
Health and fitness information you enter — body weight, height, age, sex, body-fat estimate, goals, food logs, workout logs, mobility sessions, measurements and, if you choose to use them, progress photos.
App usage — settings and preferences so the app behaves consistently across your devices.
Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive only your subscription status and a customer reference. We never receive, see or store your card number.
Setup answers and usage of the setup flow — when you first set up the app we record the answers you give (what brought you here, whether you've tracked before, what healthy looks like to you, your goal, how you eat, how active you are) and which setup steps you reached. This is stored against a random ID generated by your browser or device, not against your account, and we use it to understand who the app is for and where people get stuck. One further flag is added if a subscription starts, so we can tell which answers lead to people finding the app worth paying for.
Weight, body composition, food intake and progress photos are personal. We treat them that way:

The setup answers described above are stored in the same Supabase database, in tables that contain no email address, name or account reference.
We don't share your data with anyone else, except where we're legally required to.
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your data is removed from our live systems, with backups clearing within 30 days. Some billing records are kept longer where tax law requires.
Setup answers are kept for as long as they are useful for improving the app. They are not tied to your account, so deleting your account does not remove them automatically — but you can ask us to delete them and we will.
Setup answers — email us and we'll delete the record associated with your device. Because it isn't linked to your account, we may ask you to make the request from the same device.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted so that your records are only reachable by your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Coach Virtuoso isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
