New accounts get one 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing at all — no charge is ever made.
If you don't cancel, the subscription begins when the trial ends and the first payment is taken — $15 for a monthly plan or $120 for a yearly plan, depending on what you chose.
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage, and cancel there. It takes effect immediately in the sense that you won't be billed again — but you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
No phone calls, no retention hoops, no emailing us for permission.
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. We don't generally refund unused time — when you cancel, you keep the access you've paid for until that period ends.
That said, we'd rather be fair than rigid. Get in touch if:
Email blakehaynes759@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries over a few days and we'll let you know. Paid features pause until it goes through. Your logged data is never affected.
If the price ever goes up, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice and can cancel before it applies.
