By creating an account or using Coach Virtuoso ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms; if we make a material change we'll say so in the app, and continuing to use it means you accept the update.
Coach Virtuoso is a subscription app for tracking food, training and mobility work. It generates nutrition targets and training programs from information you provide. Those outputs are estimates produced by formulas and general guidelines. They are not personalised professional advice and may not suit you.
Coach Virtuoso has a free tier and a paid subscription.
We may change what sits in each tier. If a feature you're paying for moves out of the paid tier, we'll tell you before it happens.
See Refunds & Cancellation for how to cancel.
Everything you enter — food logs, workouts, weights, custom foods, your own workouts and flows — belongs to you. If your subscription ends, we don't lock you out of it. You keep access to what you've logged, and you can export or delete it at any time. Only the coaching features become unavailable.
Don't: reverse-engineer or copy the app, resell access, attempt to bypass payment, scrape the app or its data, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim to keep Coach Virtuoso running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. It's provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coach Virtuoso and its operator are not liable for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including from following any program, target or suggestion it produces. You use it at your own risk. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, that we're legally required to close, or where payment fails repeatedly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
